Role Overview:
Ferns & Petals (FNP) is the leader and pioneer of the concept of gifting in India. Started in 1994 as a Flower Shop in Delhi, we have now over 450 outlets all over India, delivering happiness across 500+ cities. We also have international presence in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Germany, New Zealand, Australia etc. with further plans of quick expansion. This position is for the Ecommerce division of FNP India, FNP UAE, FNP Singapore (fnp.com, fnp.ae & fnp.sg respectively).
We are looking for a savvy and enthusiastic Marketing FNPian for the Brand Marketing team at FNP. As we continue to grow faster, the Brand Lead will play a key role in increasing our brand reach and awareness and amplifying the growth of our company. A self-starter, is comfortable with ambiguity, has strong attention to detail, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & KRA’s :
- Develop a brand strategy for FNP by shaping and communicating our vision and mission in India and other major markets. Serve the role of brand custodian for all communication from tactical campaigns to external communication, social media, etc.
- Define the core TG, Value Proposition, elasticities around core benefits, etc. and create a shortand long-term Brand Strategy for the business. This needs to be broken up into departmental goals with clear ownership of the team.
- Create a cadence for brand research, consumer research, brand tracking on core brand attributes, and funnel criteria.
- Create a Brand marketing playbook and build a team and processes. Create the Brand Guidelines for other functions to follow and ensure compliance.
- Create the quarterly and annual plan, propose options and help prioritize the same with the leadership team; secure resourcing and ensure budget vs. actual compliance on spending, input, lead and outcome metrics.
- Develop and execute customized and agile marketing plans and growth/market-initiated strategies to drive more top and bottom-line growth for the company.
- Develop and manage a fit-for-course agency network and an in-house team to ensure effective and efficient execution of the Brand Strategy, including multi-channel ATL, e.g., Television, Digital, Radio, OOH, etc basis the planning calendar.
- Oversee and guide Public Relations towards reputation and growth across stakeholders. Create a proactive PR strategy, assets, briefs, etc.
- Lead and build the Brand marketing team with all the verticals like Video Production/ Graphics team/Content.
- Develop sub-brand architectures for categories like flowers, cakes, etc. & execute new packaging.
- This role will lead brand building activities like communication in ATL, digital, social, PR and will also support communication development for international markets.
- Brief external & in-house creative teams on content requirements & ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Should have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA with at least 7 years' experience (ideally in planned/ high involvement categories).
- Ability to understand consumer journeys & intervene across 7Ps to drive business & mind measures.
- Ability to balance analytics & creativity while driving cross functional teams even those that do not report directly into marketing.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the entire marketing mix. Should have strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Strong understanding of current e-commerce trends and best practices.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences including vendors, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

As we continue to grow faster, the Team Leader will play a key role in to grow faster, the Team leader team leader leads, monitors, and supervises a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. - Should have a team handling experience preferable from BPO
- Should have good people management skills
- Should have handled a span of minimum 15 to 20 FTEs
Experience :
4 to 6 years of experience (At least 8+ years of relevant experience)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

- Monthly/annual finalization of financial statement
- Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts with hands-on experience in handling taxation and auditing-related matters.
